After going back and reviewing your original post, two more things
come to mind.  You're specifying a rather odd aspect ratio.  Is that a
typo and you really meant 16/9?  Also, you are using a rather old
version.  You really should use the latest SVN version.  I doubt you
will get much more help on this list unless you use the latest SVN.
