Ken,

I apologize, but do you mean by top-posting?  I tried an uncompressed
audio by specifying -oac pcm.  The following happens:

Limiting audio preload to 0.4s.
Increasing audio density to 4.
VDec: vo config request - 624 x 352 (preferred colorspace: Planar YV12)
VDec: using Planar YV12 as output csp (no 0)
Movie-Aspect is 1.77:1 - prescaling to correct movie aspect.
SwScaler: reducing / aligning filtersize 5 -> 4
SwScaler: reducing / aligning filtersize 5 -> 4
SwScaler: reducing / aligning filtersize 5 -> 4
SwScaler: reducing / aligning filtersize 5 -> 4

It gets to this point and just sits there the size of the output file
remains at 0.    Shouldn't the size of the file increase while this is
happening? The CPU runs at 99%, so they are some calculations going on
apparently.
