I'd really would want to use ffmpeg, it does a great job maintaining a/v
sync, b-frames are fine, etc. BUT: no filters (not that big a problem
for me and it's being worked on) AND no subtitle rendering (and that is
not going to change in the near future). So ffmpeg is not usable for me.
