I wonder, how can I cut first 15-20 frames from the second video? I guess it

Thanks. The video at 21-23 seconds looks much much better now, but all other
part of the video looks
more jerky than without framestep=2, but with -ofps15000/1001 (or -ofps 15).

Is there any way to get smoothy video (like without using framestep=2) and fix
the problem at 21-23 seconds?

By the way, can it be interlace problem (I'm talking about 21-23 seconds
problem)? How can I check is my video interlaced or not (already deinterlaced)?

PS: I wonder what does vratetol=800 do? Does it help to get smooth video?
