[MEncoder-users] How to change color of bars?

Hello,

I'm joining and encoding two videos with mencoder, the first video is logo with
white background and second video is 16:9 short movie.

So, when the logo ends and movie starts, I see white bars at the top and the
bottom instead of black bars.

I wonder how can I change them to black ones?
