[MEncoder-users] Mencoder merge two wmv or other formats

Is there a way to use mencoder or ffmpeg to merge two wmv movies or 
other formats into FLV WITHOUT audio desync ?

I tried all the options -hardups and mc 0 and anyother and the sound is 
still delayed.

I might not be the only one with this issue, i looked all over and seems 
that none of the options i tried are actually working:

The input files get merged into another file but there is always audio 
desync
