[MEncoder-users] x264 codec recognition

I’ve followed the instructions from http://www.mplayerhq.hu/DOCS/HTML/en/video-codecs.html#codec-x264

However, ./configure won’t pick up on the codec. I seem to have this as a recurring theme, but I followed my previous steps for my other codec issues and to success.

 

Has anyone installed this codec where I can leech some knowledge?
