[MEncoder-users] Audio LAVC Error; Red Hat

MEncoder still can't find the libmp3lame codec.

I started with a fresh slate. No MPlayer and not Lame then I proceeded
to install Lame

 

./configure -prefix /usr/local

make

make install

 

Then mplayer

./configure

make

make install

 

 

Check for supported codecs for mencoder

mencoder -oac help

 

And it doesn't list lame again.

 

If someone can point out my error I'd appreciate it very much.
