1) mplayer -fps 30000/1001 has no effect

2) mplayer -correct-pts gives:

Also, the video is blocky and there is almost no motion. It looks like when a TV
station is showing an live event that they are receiving from somewhere else,
and there is a break in the transmission.

3) mplayer -correct-pts -fps 30000/1001 gives the same result as (2)
