1) mplayer -fps 30000/1001 has no effect
2) mplayer -correct-pts gives:
VO: [directx] 640x480 => 640x480 BGRA ^M
[swscaler @ 00C96000]SwScaler: using unscaled yuv420p -> rgb32 special converte
^M

New_Face failed. Maybe the font path is wrong.
Please supply the text font file (~/.mplayer/subfont.ttf).

Also, the video is blocky and there is almost no motion. It looks like when a TV
station is showing an live event that they are receiving from somewhere else,
and there is a break in the transmission.
3) mplayer -correct-pts -fps 30000/1001 gives the same result as (2)
