[MEncoder-users] Help with mencoder

Good morning all,
Can anyone read the mencoder output and tell what it's failing on?
Any help would be appreciated.

I'm converting a linux shell script I wrote for knoppmyth to mythdora
(mythtv pvr distros)
and it doesn't work with the recorded shows. I'm converting mpg2 to
h264 (divx or
mpg4 would be fine too) avi format.
