[MEncoder-users] mix audio

I am trying to put few audio files on a video file from command line ....
 
 for instance ...
 
 second 0 audio1.mp3
 second 12 audio2.mp3
 second 45 audio3.mp3
 
 where the audio files overlap each other....
 
I found this in the documentation 
      mencoder -oac copy -ovc copy  -o output_movie.avi  -audiofile input_audio.mp2 input_video.avi
but this is not what i am looking for... this joins the audio files by order...how can i specify the seconds where i want to insert the audio file?
