[MEncoder-users] Colorspace Conversion

isn't there a filter to convert uncompressed rgb 24bit video to yv12  
before encoding?

when i use vdub, the video looks fine and looks even sharper, i think  
virtual dub uses
avisynth vor preprocessing.
