[MEncoder-users] Encoding movies for Creative Zen V

Hello, I have trouble finding out how should I encode movies so that my player can play them. A tool bundled with Creative software generates files like one below, what options should I use to generate a playable file? I see there is a FourCC=DIB -- is it an uncompressed format (which implies -ovc raw?)

This is what mplayer -v shows (it doesn't play the video unfortunately)

AVI file format detected.
