[MEncoder-users] Database mapping DVD id to name/details of DVD?

If you mount a DVD and look at bytes 32768-40960, you'll see a code
identifying the DVD. For example, "REBA_S2_D3_A" for Reba, Season 2,
Disk 3, Side A.

Where can I find a db that translates REBA_S2_D3_A to full details
about this DVD? Googling "REBA_S2_D3_A" yields nothing, amazingly.
