For example, SVCD or DVD constraints, or the same concept but with the
bitrates scaled down by 1/3 or so if you want smaller files. Of course
it will look bad compared to 2pass but it will look much better than
singe-pass with vbitrate=XXX and no vbv constraints, IMO.
