[MEncoder-users] I encode a video, but i lose the sound

I am trying encode a video with Divx but i don't heard the sound in
totem and on divx player of my mobile phone but with mplayer i heard
the sound.
I put this on the console:
mencoder -oac copy -ovc lavc -lavcopts
acodec=mp2:abitrate=64:vcodec=mpeg4:vbitrate=300 -ffourcc DX50 -ofps
12 input.avi -o output.avi

 And get this with mplayer -identify:

What i have to do to heard the sound on all players?
I think that is not correct the information of the chanels because in
the file properties of gnome didn't show audio information, only codec
name.
