[MEncoder-users] DVD stops a lot of times

I use this command
mencoder  -oac lavc -ovc lavc -of mpeg -mpegopts format=dvd:tsaf -vf
scale=720:576,harddup -srate 48000 -af volume=-200 -lavcopts
vcodec=mpeg2video:vrc_buf_size=1835:vrc_maxrate=9800:vbitrate=5000:
keyint=15:vstrict=0:acodec=ac3:abitrate=192:aspect=4/3 -ofps 25 -o
out.mpg-ss 0-endpos 10

for creating one movie included in a dvd using dvdauthor and the follow
command for the menus

jpeg2yuv -n 125 -I p -f 25 -j fondoFVRMenuB.jpg | mpeg2enc -f 8 -n p -a 2 -o
menu.m2v
mplex -f 8 -o menu-pre.mpg menu.m2v silent.mp2
spumux menu.xml < menu-pre.mpg > menu.mpg

I want that the dvd is in PAL format but I do not specified anywhere in the
dvd.xml

 I use Windows Media Player to see this movie and I see him well but if I
see the dvd in PowerDVD, the media player stops the video a lot of times.
