[MEncoder-users] How to get good audio/video synchronization coding to stationary player ?

 I want to reencode movie material coded with Nullsoft Streaming Video
codec to use this on stationary DivX player ( Manta Emperor 007 ). 
I'm doing that:

mencoder -oac pcm -ovc lavc -o file.avi file.nsv

Result works fine, when played on my computer with mplayer, but on
stationary player synch of A/V are dramattically broken.
 Because of "duplicate frame(s)" messages I try -noskip option

mencoder -noskip -oac pcm -ovc lavc -o file.avi file.nsv

and now synchro of A/V is broken on both DivX player and mplayer too.
 How should I to do this properly ?
