So basically you mean postings should be sorted in chronological order
from top to bottom, not bottom to top?
I'm sorry, I was not aware of the rule.
Are there any other (specifically if i was not following them)?

I did'nt try, but my previous experience with demuxing such ts streams
was a bad one, because of timestamp- and other issues i cannot fathom
I could not get the video and audio together syncronized
(video length was about 1:54 while audio only about 1:50).
I doubt avidemux will make any difference.

I made some process however.
I was able to cut out the advertisements, even though not accurate
enough to watch it comfortably, but enough to get rid of all the video
that will make mencoder (or rather the h.264 decoder of mencoder)
crash. I could encode that to an avi video that I am able to process
further while audio is still in sync.

I would have preferred to copy the video stream as it is
in the right bitrate and reencoding it will just reduce quality
noticabily, but the keyframe information will just get lost
in the process and I could not recover it.
(If you know if/how its possible to maintain that information
while doing a video stream copy I would be grateful.)
