[MEncoder-users] Interlaced DV: some questions

Incorrect frame order can look amazingly horrid.  :-(

A card capturing analog is probably consistent.  OTA digital mpeg2ts is
not consistent.  Sometimes top-first, sometimes bottom-first, sometimes
the flag changes in seemingly bizzare patterns.  Is MEncoder's mpeg
decoder smart enough to sort this out frame-by-frame?
