I've an older version of mplayer, and on that, I just tried finding
the running times for a full album, and they came out absolutely
fine... either your mp3 is corrupted or this is some bug in mplayer
(notably, the ID_LENGTH field I see are whole numbers, without any
decimal, i.e.)
