[MEncoder-users] How to convert avi to Playstation 3 compatible using x264

For a few days, i tried to convet some avi files to mp4 for PS3 using x264
under linux. However, i couldn't find the reference for PS3, there was one
for PSP though. After encoding, mp4 files were not playable on PS3. PS3 says
"Unsupported data". So, please anyone give me some tips and advices. Thank
