[MEncoder-users] Audio Problems

I join two movies with mencoder the resulting video part is fine, but 
the audio isn't playing well. It seems like the audio stutters. Does 
anyone know what can cause this ?

I use the following command :
mencoder -oac copy -ovc copy -idx -audio-preload 0.0 -mc 0 -of lavf 
-lavfopts i_certify_that_my_video_stream_does_not_use_b_frames -quiet -o 
out.wmv in1.wmv in2.wmv
