[MEncoder-users] Videos with fps 1000.000

I have the same Problem, but I don't use the option -noskip. I use the 
following command :
mencoder -oac copy -ovc copy -idx -audio-preload 0.0 -mc 0 -of lavf 
-lavfopts i_certify_that_my_video_stream_does_not_use_b_frames -quiet -o 
out.wmv in1.wmv in2.wmv

All the results have a fps of 1000.000.
