[MEncoder-users] Encoding high bitrate wmv to low bitrate wmv (Windows Mobile Devices)

Hi RC,
   I still not able to encode the wmv to low bitrate.
Any suggestions will be helpful. I might be missing
something really silly.

Please let me know.
