[MEncoder-users] MEncoder zlib support

Hello there,

I have MEencoder complaining about conversion of Quicktime movies because it
needs zlib for header compression support. I googled the archives but couldn't
find useful information. Can any one please point out how I can turn on zlib
support for MEncoder ? I have zlib and zlib-devel installed and my MEncoder
binary resides in /usr/local/bin
