I mean that the playhead cannot be "scrubbed", you cannot slide the 
playhead during play.  You can't seek arbitrarily within the timeline 
using Media Player. And the player doesn't seem to know the duration of 
the video.   Files I've encoded using avidemux do allow me to scrub and 
indicate the duration.
