[MEncoder-users] Too many audio packets in the buffer?

I used the following command to extract audio and encode it to mp2 from a
avi file

mencoder "706 - The One With The Nap Partners.avi"  -v -of rawaudio -oac
> lavc -ovc copy -lavcopts acodec=mp2:abitrate=128 -o tmp.mp2 -af
> channels=2,resample=32000:1:2
>

At 61% I got the following error:

I googled this problem but I couldn't find a solution for this.

Can anyone help this problem?
