[MEncoder-users] Stutter after EDL cut

I would "mangle" the source video first into pieces using -dumpstream,
-seek, and -frames first into several parts which i want, stitch 'em back
together minus the omitted part, then begin the re-encoding process. Works
perfect for me everytime.
