[MEncoder-users] error compile mplayer

Hi,
I'v been using mplayer to convert avi to mpg files and I just LOVE IT
however, I'v recently reinstalled Ubuntu and now I can't compile mplayer
from svn.
Here's what I do.
 svn checkout svn://svn.mplayerhq.hu/mplayer/trunk mplayer
cd mplayer
./configure --enable-gui --codecsdir=/usr/lib/codecs
I've tried without the --codecsdir also.
after, I run make
this error happens:

Can anyone help me out on this?
I've already compiled it before, but now this error makes it impossible.
did I do something wrong??
