[MEncoder-users] Problem with mpeg4

I use the follow arguments:

-oac copy -ovc lavc -lavcopts vcodec=mpeg4:keyint=25 -ofps 25 -of avi -o

for convert movies in DVD or files no avi to avi.
The output file have low quality.The movie have a lot of pixeles. How I Can
solve it?
