Hi we analyze your suggestions (thanks very much) and we have some 
questions:
1) Why do not encode sound?
2) Why there is no bitrate in pass=1?
3) Why there is no qp_min and qp_max in pass=1 (only qp_constant)?
4) fullinter is not in man.
