[MEncoder-users] Can I build FFmpeg with MPlayer codecs?

I'm interesting in building FFmpeg but using some of the MPlayer
binary codecs provided
in:
http://www.mplayerhq.hu/design7/dload.html ('essential.tar.bz2' file)

Can I do it? Thank you very much.
