[MEncoder-users] How to convert a 16:9 video file to mobile 3gp file under h263 vcodec?

Hello, I have one question. 

There're many dvd video files which were .mov formats. Commonly, their aspect is 16:9. I want convert them to mobile 3gp file under h263 vcodec . But h263 vcodec only support qcif(176*144), sqcif, and cif. Those aspect don't fit 16:9...
How to do with it ?
