Thanks that works great!

Only now I have another problem.... using the new command my video is
totally screwed up if I try to resize it (-vf
expand=osd=1,flip,scale=400x300).

I've tried placing the scale before the flip and expand and even
in-between but it makes no difference, the video is always screwed.
