[MEncoder-users] Playback problem on liteon 5045 160gb hdd recorder on windows

I have a liteon 5045 160gb hdd recorder. I backed up a
video from HDD to DVD using "ep" mode and try to play
it with windows mplayer 1.0RC1 but it fails. Please
refer to logs below. I also tried some older version
but all of them produce almost the same output and the
same error. 
What can be the problem?

I record in 'ep' mode. sp mode has a resolution of 720
x 576 whereas 'ep' has a res of 352 x 576. this is the
PAL option - ntsc is 720 x 480 & 352 x 480.
