Hi,

Is there a chance to encode a video with a constant quality? FFmpeg
has the parameter "-qscale=10", but the following command line fails:

mencoder input.avi -of lavf -lavfopts 
i_certify_that_my_video_stream_does_not_use_b_frames
    -ovc lavc -lavcopts vcodec=flv:quality=10 -oac mp3lame -o output.flv

"Option lavcopts: Unknown suboption qscale"
