[MEncoder-users] Problem with mencoder

[Ivan Arcos]

what does the option -edl do? cut it the multimedia file from point a to
point b? What does the option -hr-edl-seek? I want to cut a multimedia file
from a to b and I want that the cut is exact.
At the moment it does not cut between those points.
