[MEncoder-users] Problem with mencoder

Please, help me with this problem.

I use this command.

*mencoder original -ovc lavc -oac lavc -lavcopts vcodec=mpeg2video:

vrc_buf_size=1835:vrc_maxrate=9800:*

*vbitrate=5000:keyint=18:acodec=ac3:abitrate=192:aspect=4/3:*

*trell:mbd=2:precmp=2:subcmp=2:cmp=2:dia=10:predia=-10:cbp:*

*mv0:vqmin=1:lmin=1:dc=10 -of mpeg -mpegopts format=dvd*

*-vf scale=720:480,harddup -srate 48000 -af lavcresample=48000*

*-ofps 30000/1001 -o destino -ss start -endpos end*

I have a little problem. Mencoder doesn't cut exactly from the start
to theendwith some kind of movies (some kind of avi's) or  it doesn't
cut keyframe
with mp4 movies and the result show's some pixels but it show that they
change .

Help me, please!!
