[MEncoder-users] Converting DVD to mpeg2 ts

I need to convert a DVD to a mpeg2 ts so I can stream it to a Amino STB via
RTSP. I read somewhere that mencoder can do this but all the documentation
talks about is transcoding the VOB files. In my case I need only re-muxing
the files to mpeg2 ts.

Can anyone provide any command line details (or faq) on how to do this with
mencoder or any other solution? Thx in advance
