Hello
unless things have changed since last time I tried the correct channels
filter for converting ac3->aac would be channels=0:1:1:2:2:3:3:4:4:0:5:5
and since mplayer (afaik) still can't handle aac channels correctly you
need channels=0:4:1:0:2:1:3:2:4:3:5:5 to play the file correctly in mplayer.
