-vf pp=lb
or
-vf yadif=0

Take your pick. pp=lb is a bit softer than yadif but is faster and 
produces fewer artifacts. yadif=0 is more precise but can produce 
artifacting on certain material (bits of the image not deinterlaced, 
some "chattering" on high contrast horizontal lines, etc.)
