The source material for the encoding is lossless, and the last thing that I
want to do is use a higher bitrate because youtube will downgrade uploaded
flash videos with a higher Filesize:duration ratio, I think that the other
videos which doesn't have noticeable artifacts were encoded by youtube using
a diferent quantization type.
