[MEncoder-users] Converting mpeg4 / h264 files, first few seconds corrupted video

Hi
When I try to convert a H264 (quicktime) file to FLV, the first few seconds
of the video get corrupted, as if it is missing the initial key frame. The
video is fine after a few seconds.

Any idea why this might be happening, or is it a known issue..
