[MEncoder-users] Configure does not find Fame, Toolame

Hello dear developers.

While using the latest SVN check out, the configure script does not
find either Fame or Toolame.
I run configure without any parameters and all my libraries are
installed with prefix=/usr, thus ld.so.conf has the lines for them as
well.

I have attached the configure output.

Anything missing?
I am happy to help if any testing required.
