This is a ludicrously outdated version - more than a year old! I'm
amazed that the documentation you found was even applicable to that
version.
Your chances of getting support here for something that old are
virtually nil. Try upgrading to at least the latest release version
(1.0rc1), if not the latest development version (dev-SVN-r21638 and
counting), and see if anything changes. If your problem is still present
in one of those versions, your chances of getting help on these mailing
lists are reasonably good.
