[MEncoder-users] Video is faster to Audio

Hi all, 

I use mencoder this:

mencoder kiss.asf -o out.mp4 -of lavf -lavfopts format=mp4:i_certify_that_my_video_stream_does_not_use_b_frames -oac faac -faacopts br=256 -ovc x264 -x264encopts qp_min=10:qp_max=51:qp_step=4:ratetol=60:ip_factor=1.4:pb_factor=1.3:qcomp=0.7:scenecut=40:keyint=51:keyint_min=10:
frameref=3:bframes=3:b_bias=0:direct_pred=2:b_adapt:b_pyramid:cabac:weight_b:me=2:subq=5:chroma_me:mixed_refs:brdo:bime:4x4mv:i4x4:i8x8:
8x8mv:b8x8mv:8x8dct

And the result was a file where the video is faster in comparison with audio and the original size file.asf is 18512799 and the size file.mp4 is 23327659 

How i can optimize and resolve that
