[MEncoder-users] Error with libfaac.so.0

hello list,
First, i give you my excuses by my english...... isn't good, 

I'm try to encoder any video format with mencoder with x264+AAC, i compile the faac as following  

/faac>> sh boostrap; ./configure --with-mp4v2;make ;make install 

That no present errors

then i compile mplayer

/main>> ./configure

Look that FAAC encoder is up, then  i execute: make and make install without problem
but when y run in mencoder

return the following:

mencoder: error while loading shared libraries: libfaac.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Do you know how i can resolve that?
