I've never heard of it, but that doesn't necessarily mean anything. If 
there isn't any existing support, try asking on the ffmpeg-devel mailing 
list, and specifically Mike Melanson. His specialty is working on 
uncommon formats and he coordinates the efforts of several other people. 
If you provide him samples, show interest, and ask nicely, you'll 
improve the chances of somebody writing support.
