That's understandable, since none of those are valid (standard) sample
rates:  48000, 44100, 24000, 22050, 11025, etc.

Your ofps value seems arbitrary as well, for that matter.

Also, instead of "br=" try using "preset=" (as the message suggests). 
You'll also be able to get much better sound quality if you set "aq=2"
instead of the default (5).
